We set specific goals and guarantee raises if we make those goals annually.

We really want great team members – maturity, leadership, organization, desire to try cases, and desire to work as a team, recognizing that we are better together than we are solo – can do a better job for clients and enjoy our job with a positive work-life family balance by building trust and depending on our team.

There is unlimited growth potential in practice areas, management/responsibility & salary.
