Photo of Victoria LeighVictoria Leigh, (“Tori”) lives in North Little Rock with her teacher husband Joey, two daughters – Lillian (Lilli) and Katherine (Kitti) – and three dogs – Benjamin, Toby, and Rosie! 

After graduating from Mount Saint Mary with her International Baccalaureate diploma, Tori spent several years out of state earning her BS in Communication from Ball State University and her law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.  

She was admitted to practice Law in Arkansas in 2011. She clerked for Pulaski County Circuit Judge Timothy Fox and founded Leigh Law PLLC after leaving her clerkship. 

Tori is a 2013 graduate of the Arkansas Bar Association Leadership Academy and a 2019 graduate of the Arkansas Trial Lawyer’s Leadership Academy. She ran for State Representative in District 38 in 2016 and won her contested Democratic Primary Election. Tori maintains her involvement in local politics as an active member of the Progressive Arkansas Women’s PAC and the Arkansas Democratic Party.  

Tori’s dedication to her community is life-long. It includes fifteen years with the Girl Scouts of America, where she earned her Gold Award in 2005 and served as a troop leader for several years after high school. Tori served two years on the Anderson City Fair Housing Coalition and the Human Rights Commission in Indiana and volunteered hundreds of hours throughout her career, including an externship with the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, pro bono work with fraudulently foreclosed homeowners, a term as the attorney member of the Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illnesses Advisory Council of the Disability Rights Center of Arkansas, and as a sustaining member of the Arkansas Legal Aid Society and VOCALS. The firm organizes, advertises and staffs a bi-monthly free legal clinic at local Central Arkansas Libraries for the community. 

Tori’s background is as a real estate and title insurance agent with a focus on real estate and property issues in law school.  She is an active Trial Lawyer prosecuting federal consumer protection cases, breach of contract cases, business dissolution cases, and defending criminal cases. Her primary areas of representation are cases in the Civil and Criminal Divisions of Lion Legal Services. 

Tori is a board member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Arkansas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the firm is a business member of the Park Hill Business and Merchant’s Association. Tori was elected to a three year term to the House of Delegates in 2017, the governing body for the Arkansas Bar Association and she serves on the PAC Committee.
